Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using Salesforce or CRM software.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and collateral.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to expand professional network.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecast revenue projections on a monthly basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the California region and attend off-site meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
