Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for B2B clients across Fort Worth metro area
- Generate new business through cold outreach, networking events, and digital prospecting
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 95% client satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline, forecast sales, and document interactions
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Present product demonstrations to C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience in B2B environment
- Track record of exceeding $500K+ annual sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex deals
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
