Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively generate new leads and close sales deals within the local New York market.
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Market Analysis: Research local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Feedback Loop: Collect client feedback and relay it to the management team to improve products and services.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail management, or customer service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to succeed and a proven ability to work towards set targets.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
