Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking within the Virginia Beach and Texas markets.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to prospective clients to overcome objections and close deals.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high retention and repeat business.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet monthly and quarterly quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and a desire to succeed.
- Flexibility to work in-office in Virginia Beach or remotely (Texas eligible candidates welcome).
