Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track interactions, update records, and forecast sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and optimize lead quality.
- Close deals and secure contracts within agreed-upon timeframes and quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
