Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads via phone and email to drive new business development.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and customers.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Telemarketing.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and persuasion.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of working independently.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
