Responsibilities
- Learn and apply consultative sales techniques to develop new business opportunities
- Assist senior Account Executives in client discovery meetings and presentations
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of 15-20 local SMB clients
- Track sales activities and pipeline data in our CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted outreach campaigns
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching sessions
- Represent TeenTech at local networking events and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school within Washington DC metro area
- Strong communication skills and comfort with public speaking
- Proficient in Google Workspace and basic CRM tools
- Availability to work 15-20 hours weekly after school/weekends
- Passion for technology and interest in sales careers
- Valid work permit if under 18 years old
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings (transportation provided)
- Must maintain minimum 3.0 GPA
