Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage local businesses through in-person outreach and digital channels
- Present product demonstrations to small and medium-sized enterprises
- Build and maintain client relationships with exceptional communication
- Track sales activities and contribute to team performance metrics
- Collaborate with mentors to develop personalized growth plans
- Participate in weekly sales training workshops
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old and enrolled in high school or equivalent
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient with smartphone apps and basic social media platforms
- Availability for weekday afternoons and weekends (10-20 hrs/week)
- Valid Philadelphia SEPTA transit pass or reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and provide work permit documentation
