Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage local businesses through digital outreach and in-person meetings
- Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Collaborate with mentors to develop personalized sales strategies and presentations
- Track sales metrics and performance in our CRM system
- Participate in weekly training sessions on negotiation techniques and product knowledge
- Represent NextGen Innovations at community events and networking functions
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve our teen-focused sales initiatives
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old and enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation with a results-driven mindset
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (15-20 hours/week)
- Passion for technology and interest in SaaS solutions
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred but not required
