- Build relationships with local teen-focused businesses and promote our marketing solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to youth-oriented clients
- Manage a small portfolio of accounts with weekly follow-ups and performance tracking
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop teen-targeted campaign strategies
- Document sales activities and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Participate in bi-weekly team training sessions to enhance sales techniques
- Represent our brand at teen community events and pop-up activations
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Exceptional communication skills with peers and adults
- Strong work ethic and reliability with flexible after-school/weekend availability
- Basic proficiency with smartphones, social media platforms, and Google Workspace
- Previous customer service or school club leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team setting
