Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through digital outreach and in-person networking
- Present innovative tech solutions to local businesses and educational institutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication
- Track sales metrics and report progress weekly to the sales manager
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted outreach campaigns
- Attend industry events and represent Nevada Youth Innovations professionally
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school or college
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet goals and work independently
