Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Document client interactions and account updates in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and resilient in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies and technologies.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
