- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise clients across Houston's energy, manufacturing, and logistics sectors
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation using Salesforce and HubSpot
- Conduct product demonstrations and ROI analysis for C-level decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing to develop localized campaigns targeting Houston's business community
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and weekly reporting in CRM systems
- Mentor junior team members on Houston market dynamics and relationship-building techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years B2B sales experience with 3+ years in SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Deep network within Houston's energy or industrial sectors
- Expertise in consultative selling and complex solution-based negotiations
