Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic blueprints for emerging tech markets including AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead scenario planning workshops to model socioeconomic and technological disruptions through 2030
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align corporate vision with global sustainability frameworks
- Identify and vet disruptive startups for acquisition/partnership opportunities
- Author annual Future State Reports distributed to Fortune 500 boards and policymakers
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile foresight methodologies
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and global innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate strategy, venture capital, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts (e.g., predicted crypto adoption or AI regulatory trends)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainable business models
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Pro)
