Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026-2030 technological disruptions across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Architect 'Future Playbooks' for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Curate and host exclusive 'Vision 2026' summits with industry thought leaders
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints translating foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Pioneer new methodologies for quantifying long-term risk/opportunity in volatile markets
- Mentor a global cohort of emerging futurists through our Future Leaders Initiative
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise strategy through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight publications (e.g., Futures, Foresight Journal)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP from APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Cassandra, Delphi 3.0)
