Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and monitor industry disruption indicators
- Present strategic foresight to executive leadership and board members
- Maintain ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario-planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight-to-strategy translation projects
