Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive forces and innovation opportunities
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities across global markets
- Integrate future intelligence into product roadmaps and organizational decision-making processes
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurist analysts and researchers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, futurism, or advanced technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional skills in scenario planning, systems thinking, and complex problem-solving
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field required
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading high-impact teams in fast-paced environments
