Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 innovation strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and technological disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating breakthrough opportunities across AI, IoT, and biotech sectors
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to anticipate technological shifts and competitive landscapes
- Drive prototype development and pilot programs for next-generation solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technologies and future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record launching at least two market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CPSI, CIMP) preferred
