Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-era innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product) in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Validate market viability through rapid experimentation and stakeholder engagement
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members
- Drive adoption of future-ready methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology
- Experience with horizon scanning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
