Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, social, and environmental trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for C-suite executives
- Design and implement sustainability frameworks for 2026 climate resilience
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year horizons
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or emerging tech domains
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision initiatives implemented
