- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed futurist thinking into product development cycles
- Produce strategic briefings for investors and board members on emerging market opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to scout breakthrough technologies
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration models
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting tech deployment strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical discipline
- Fluency in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
