Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) and their market implications through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 business strategy and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs for executive stakeholders
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunity vectors in global markets
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Advise leadership on long-term organizational resilience and adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (required)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data synthesis and narrative storytelling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight organization)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-strategy implementations for Fortune 500 companies
