- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with R&D, design, and engineering

- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate future-thinking culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Published thought leader in innovation or technology publications
