Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integration)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems for disruptive signals
- Mentor junior futurists using foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published trend forecasts
- Expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in futures methodologies (Delphi, STEEP-V, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with AI/ML trend modeling tools
- Proven ability to translate foresight into executable strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
