Responsibilities
- Analyze global macro-trends, technological disruptions, and behavioral shifts through 2026 lens
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact industries
- Lead executive workshops to translate foresight into strategic priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify ROI of strategic foresight initiatives through KPI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concept translation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-forecasting impact on business outcomes
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
