Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Produce quarterly future-state reports detailing market shifts, regulatory impacts, and competitive threats
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate objectives and sustainability goals
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture cutting-edge research
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and analytical techniques
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex future scenarios
- Experience developing and scaling strategic foresight programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools (Python, R, Tableau) and foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or conferences
