Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces shaping 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing breakthroughs
- Facilitate future-state workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create next-generation solutions
- Publish thought leadership on exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies across departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to develop and implement scenario-planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Portfolio of published foresight reports or strategic innovation projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFIP) preferred
