Responsibilities
- Analyze 2026+ technology convergence (quantum computing, biotech, climate tech) through scenario modeling
- Develop cross-impact frameworks for emerging disruptors (neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Lead stakeholder workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategy
- Author white papers on ethical implications of 2030+ technological paradigms
- Build predictive analytics models for market adoption curves of breakthrough innovations
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (Nature/Science/IEEE journals)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and causal layered analysis
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Complex Systems
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from trend analysis (minimum 3 commercialized innovations)
- Proficiency in AI-powered forecasting tools (GPT-4, Palantir, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term disruption scenarios
