- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on long-term technological and societal shifts
- Partner with product teams to incubate 5-10 year innovation pipelines

- Mentor junior futurists and establish thought leadership channels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology planning
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of published futurist research or strategic foresight projects
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
