Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map disruptive technologies and societal shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Produce executive-level foresight reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Partner with innovation labs to prototype future-state business models
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of delivering future-oriented roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, neurotech, climate adaptation, or space commercialization
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
