Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2035 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and bio-integration
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for board-level stakeholders on disruptive market shifts
- Author quarterly futurist reports with actionable insights for product innovation teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and NASA JPL
- Design and implement Horizon's 'Future Ready' certification framework for enterprise clients
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and other global innovation summits
- Mentor a team of emerging futurists and innovation anthropologists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 tech or aerospace firms
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technology trends
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of launching 3+ future-oriented initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in foresight tools like TrendMapper, Causal Layered Analysis, and Delphi method
- Speaker credentials at minimum 5 global innovation conferences
