Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps by synthesizing quantum computing, AI, and biotechnology convergence trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation and market expansion strategies
- Develop predictive models for geopolitical and societal shifts impacting global business ecosystems
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members using data-driven visualizations and compelling narratives
- Establish an innovation pipeline through strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech accelerators
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies to ensure sustainable growth
- Mentor junior strategists in futurism methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (7+ years experience)
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, generative AI, and synthetic biology ecosystems
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation strategy, or technology ethics (e.g., MIT Tech Review, HBR)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight certification programs)
- Experience with global trend analysis across APAC, EMEA, and Americas markets
