Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Design and maintain a '2026 Impact Index' to prioritize strategic investments
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and evaluate frontier-technology startups
- Represent FutureVision at global forums (World Economic Forum, TED, Singularity University)
- Build and lead a dedicated 'Future Foresight' team of 5+ specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of anticipating tech disruptions (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-critical topics
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Fluency in at least one future-focused programming language (Python/R) for modeling
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
