Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate innovations targeting 2026 market readiness
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership on emerging future paradigms
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to embed future-readiness into company DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects or published foresight work
- Experience advising C-level executives on strategic transformation
