Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and innovation frameworks for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision execution
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for industry thought leadership
- Advise on R&D prioritization and emerging market entry strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and innovation pioneers

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
