Responsibilities
- Analyze disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and their societal implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market entry and product innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' trend reports with data-driven forecasting
- Identify partnership opportunities with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Advose on policy implications for autonomous systems and sustainable infrastructure
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Backcasting)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (Web3, neuromorphic AI, climate tech)
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and large-scale data synthesis
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executive-level narratives
- Global perspective with multicultural stakeholder management experience
