Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic frameworks for quantum-integrated human augmentation
- Lead cross-disciplinary sprints with robotics, neurotech, and climate teamsAuthor quarterly horizon scans on AI governance and synthetic biology ethics
- Design prototyping labs for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Partner with governments to shape post-2026 regulatory sandboxes
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our incubation program
- Present findings at Davos and UN Technology Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- Published work on exponential technology impacts (2018-2023)
- Proven track record of implementing 10-year strategic visions
- Expertise in scenario planning with probabilistic modeling
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neuro-interfaces
- Portfolio of at least 3 implemented future-proof systems
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global stakeholder engagement)
- Experience with decentralized governance models
