Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating future technologies into product pipelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and design teams
- Patent novel methodologies and frameworks for sustainable future-proofing
- Present foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with academic institutions and think tanks for future research
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy/innovation roles with tech disruption experience
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM preferred)
