- Quantify future scenarios through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Author disruptive whitepapers on emerging paradigm shifts
- Mentor junior futurists in next-generation analytical frameworks
- Drive innovation sprints translating foresight into actionable pilots
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with Delphi method, SWOT analysis, and trend mapping
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio published in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Fluency in futures simulation tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
