Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence

- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation initiatives with emerging market demands
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Establish cross-industry partnerships to accelerate adoption of future-ready solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or tech foresight
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, or neurotech
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience with Delphi methods and horizon scanning techniques
