Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ innovation strategy, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across 15+ emerging domains to forecast industry shifts
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough innovations
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Published research on 2020s technological disruption or similar foresight work
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic innovation frameworks
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future vision
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
