Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing scenario-based strategies
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with foresight tools like Horizon Scanning or Delphi Method
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
