Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to identify needs and recommend products.
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and weekly targets.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and display area.
- Build rapport with repeat customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to close sales.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
