Responsibilities
- Engage customers immediately to create a welcoming and energetic shopping atmosphere.
- Drive sales performance by actively demonstrating products and handling objections with confidence.
- Close deals on the spot to meet daily and weekly revenue targets.
- Maintain the sales floor to brand standards, including organizing displays and keeping the area clean.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Build a loyal customer base by following up on leads and providing exceptional after-sales service.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to execute promotional events and maximize foot traffic.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
- A self-starter mindset with a hunger to earn uncapped commission and hit sales goals.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs (10 kg) occasionally.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
