What You Will Do
As a Weekend Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a purchase. Your primary focus will be driving revenue during our peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage customers to identify needs and recommend products or services, ensuring all sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by answering questions, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Merchandising: Maintain product displays, organize stock areas, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members during busy shifts to ensure operational efficiency and a seamless customer journey.
- Inventory Control: Assist in regular stock counts and inventory management to prevent shrinkage and ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for shift start times.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
- Professionalism: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a professional appearance.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software (POS systems).
