Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Performance: actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet their requirements.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to every shopper, ensuring a positive brand experience from greeting to checkout.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and merchandising displays.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and demonstrate knowledge of our product lines and brand values.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems and mobile devices.
