Responsibilities

- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized sales records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store merchandising and visual standards
- Actively participate in product training to stay current on inventory features
- Identify upsell opportunities to maximize average transaction value

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
