Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product demonstrations.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle returns efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Build rapport with repeat customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock needs.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
