Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and determining their specific needs.
- Drive sales and revenue through product demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Manage the sales floor effectively, ensuring the store is organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with technology, including mobile devices and basic computer systems.
