Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival to the store.
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register using POS systems.
- Operate and maintain the sales floor to ensure a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and conducting price checks.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Proficient in using computerized Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
